CBA Descriptions
The list below, of potential Constitutional Business Alliances (CBAs), illustrates the broad range of industries and communities that could adopt this model. These are not descriptions of actual CBAs; rather, they demonstrate the many forms a CBA can take and the scope of what becomes possible when organizational governance is redesigned around constitutional principles. Nevertheless, some CBAs may eventually develop exactly as laid-out below.
A CBA provides the governance infrastructure for a decentralized currency operating within a particular industry or community. We call this a Value-Linked Currency (VLC), which issues new units of currency directly to those who create verifiable new value. This is based on a decentralized version of the Quantity Theory of Money, which while it’s a well-known theory of monetary economics, has never been implemented in decentralized models. In this way, CBAs and VLCs transform theory into reality—eliminating those negative features most often attributed to both socialism and capitalism, and resulting in a new framework we call EconStitutionalism: a system that embeds constitutional checks and balances into economic coordination itself. Crucially, this implementation does not depend on approval from any central authority; CBAs can emerge organically, using standard for-profit and nonprofit corporate structures, wherever stakeholders choose a more accountable, transparent, and performance-aligned model.
This diagram illustrates a generic CBA structure, which can be adapted to any of the specific CBAs described on the page below.
Whitepaper WP112 introduces the CBA structure, and WP907 explains the mechanics of VLCs. FE1 is About U2D2.com Documentation Framework, as it apples to CBAs, FEs, Parabolic Narratives, and Whitepapers. However, Foundational Essay FE144—If Only Men Were Angels—is perhaps the best starting point for understanding why the CBA/VLC framework represents a fundamentally new paradigm.
A4P CBA
Automation for People
The Automation for People (A4P) CBA unites companies across the automation and artificial intelligence ecosystem, treating these technologies as tools to enhance human well-being rather than replace it. As CBA112—the first step in the system’s Fibonacci-like growth curve—A4P establishes the governance foundation for responsible, human-centered automation. Its initial focus is the trucking industry, where autonomous vehicles, intelligent fleet management, and next-generation logistics systems present both disruption risks and historic opportunities. Automation can deliver extraordinary economic gains, but no breakthrough is sustainable if it undermines the people who keep these systems functioning. A4P ensures that automation expands dignity, safety, and long-term opportunity by building clear pathways into new careers and shared prosperity. By coordinating firms whose innovations depend on one another, A4P accelerates progress while reducing harmful shocks. Its Value-Linked Currency (VLC), issued for validated productivity and safety improvements, allows every participant to share directly in automation’s rewards.
Flow CBA
The Flow CBA supports the essential flowing utilities that move water, wastewater, stormwater, energy, heat, materials, and information through modern society. Member companies develop and deploy the common technologies and services these utilities depend upon, including pumping systems, flow measurement, automation and control platforms, engineering and construction services, AI-assisted operations, advanced sensing, and resilient communications. The CBA also promotes next-generation and high-tech infrastructure, including Submarine Groundwater Discharge (SGD) interception, distributed biological resource recovery, space-based energy systems, geothermal applications, and other emerging flow technologies. Member companies share a common Value-Linked Currency (VLC), aligning economic incentives while encouraging collaboration, innovation, and long-term investment across the Flow CBA ecosystem. By bringing together utilities, research and development organizations, engineering firms, construction companies, technology providers, and other supporting enterprises, the Flow CBA strengthens the infrastructure that supports modern civilization while preparing for the challenges and opportunities of the future.
Agon CBA
The Agon CBA draws from agon—the ancient Greek ideal of competition as a structured path toward excellence—by creating a constitutional framework for the entire athletic journey, from early development to elite performance. It strengthens the global sports ecosystem by supporting youth programs, training academies, collegiate systems, competitive leagues, and international institutions, ensuring that growth at every stage is transparent, fair, and grounded in validated achievement. It also recognizes that sport is not only a proving ground for skill but a source of joy, play, and community. Member companies advance technologies for training optimization, injury prevention, performance analytics, venue integrity, fan engagement, and event logistics. The CBA expands equitable pathways for emerging athletes, fostering environments where talent progresses through measurable milestones. Its Value-Linked Currency incentivizes contributions to safety, integrity, coaching quality, and athletic excellence, carrying the legacy of 776 BC into a more inclusive, data-enabled, globally connected future.
The HOA CBA
The HOA CBA prototypes next-generation public governance by beginning where constitutional and economic reforms can be tested without changing state law—in private HOAs. This CBA creates a bridge between private and public traditions of representation by introducing bicameral local legislatures—one for residents and one for property owners. It provides transparent budgeting and Value-Linked Currencies tied to verifiable property-value improvements—allowing residents and property owners to benefit directly from better governance. Member organizations support utility operations, common-area maintenance, service contracting, and other core functions essential to community governance. By enabling multiple HOAs to operate in parallel under comparable rules, CBA1357 generates constructive competition that reveals which reforms genuinely produce measurable value and are ready to transition into cities and counties. The HOA CBA lays the groundwork for reform not through theory, but through tested and measurable improvements in safety, efficiency, livability, and economic opportunity—all of which are reflected in property values.
iProp CBA
Artificial Worlds Constitutional Business Alliance
iProp is the Artificial Worlds Constitutional Business Alliance (CBA1771), bringing constitutional governance and economic collaboration to one of humanity’s most important yet underrecognized endeavors: the intentional creation of immersive environments where people can safely explore ideas, develop skills, preserve culture, and share meaningful experiences. These artificial worlds encompass everything from First Person Theater, escape rooms, Comic Cons, and historical reenactments to flight simulators, emergency response training, educational simulations, virtual reality, and collaborative digital worlds. Rather than replacing human creativity, advances in artificial intelligence and robotics expand opportunities for authentic human participation, storytelling, mentorship, artistry, and innovation. Guided by constitutional principles and supported by a Value-Linked Currency that rewards genuine contributions, iProp unites organizations dedicated to designing experiences that educate, inspire, entertain, and prepare humanity for the challenges and possibilities of the future.
The Municipal CBA
The Municipal CBA applies proven lessons from the HOA CBA to reform cities and counties through constitutional design, transparent budgeting, and Value-Linked Currencies (VLCs) that reward verified improvements in public services. As an incubator for potentially thousands of other municipal CBAs, it provides a unified framework for modernizing permitting, infrastructure maintenance, emergency response, utilities, and community development. Rooted in constitutional principles first articulated in 1787—checks and balances, bicameral representation, and limits on arbitrary authority—CBA1787 enables municipalities to replace opaque administrative processes with measurable accountability aligned with resident well-being. Municipalities operating under this model compete constructively by reducing service delays, infrastructure failures, risk exposure, and financial waste, while residents gain value through VLC units tied to rising property values. Over time, the Municipal CBA becomes the structural center of governance transformation: the moment when prototypes become standards and local government becomes transparent, constitutional, and performance-driven.
Food Systems & Agricultural Innovation CBA
The Food Systems & Agricultural Innovation CBA modernizes global food production by coordinating companies that advance soil health, regenerative agriculture, controlled-environment systems, and resilient supply chains. Building on earlier CBAs in circular economy, diagnostics, and infrastructure, it restores agriculture to a life-preserving foundation rather than an extractive one. Member companies develop precision-farming tools, microbial soil enhancers, autonomous harvesting systems, climate-adaptive crops, and distributed food-processing networks. A key focus is the restoration of aerobic soil microbial ecosystems, supported through targeted ruminant grazing that stimulates microbial oxygenation, nutrient cycling, and carbon stabilization. These microbes can break down organic contaminants and surface pollutants within a year, turning fields into natural environmental-cleaning systems. The CBA integrates biological, mechanical, and data-driven methods to increase yields while reducing chemical load, erosion, and water stress. Its Value-Linked Currency rewards verified improvements in soil vitality, ecosystem regeneration, and agricultural efficiency, ensuring long-term resilience for communities and food systems.
The Valley Protection Alliance (VPA)
The Valley Protection Alliance (VPA) unites cities, landowners, industries, and infrastructure agencies across the Green River Valley to secure one of Washington State’s most economically vital regions from catastrophic flooding. The valley’s long history—from the 1962 dedication of the Howard Hanson Dam to the near-failure of 2009—shows that no single jurisdiction can manage regional hydrological risk. The recent December 2025 flooding reaffirmed this truth, revealing the limits of fragmented protection efforts and the urgent need for a coordinated, long-horizon strategy. VPA provides a constitutional governance framework that aligns incentives, coordinates investment, and issues a Value-Linked Currency (VLC) tied to verified reductions in valley-wide flood vulnerability. By restoring confidence and stabilizing property values, the alliance protects the distribution centers, agricultural lands, and commercial districts that anchor the regional economy. Most importantly, VPA makes it possible to implement a viable, technologically advanced, and hydro-geologically innovative strategy capable of delivering the long-term protection the valley has always needed.
Life Preservation Constitutional Business Alliance CBA (LPCBA)
The Life Preservation Constitutional Business Alliance (LPCBA) brings together companies dedicated to protecting and extending human life through scientific discovery, technological innovation, and constitutional governance. Its initial focus is health and longevity, beginning with the formation of Methuselean Research Inc., which will investigate the Toxin Sequestration Theory (TST) of cancer and other promising avenues of life-preserving research. As the Alliance grows, it will expand into additional fields, including human-operated remote robotic rescue systems and initiatives that reduce existential risks to humanity and the planet. The LPCBA ensures that these life-preserving efforts operate under transparent constitutional checks and balances, while its Value-Linked Currency (VLC) operates across all companies within the Alliance—allowing everyone who contributes to share in the value they help create.
The Vitality CBA
CBA2029 exists to test, operationalize, and validate hypotheses about human health and longevity introduced in FE1997 through FE2029 Those thirteen essays provide initial frameworks—seasonal environmental signaling, maturation as the fulfillment of biological capacity distinct from aging, and longevity as the preservation of adaptive biological architecture—but they are not treated as exhaustive. CBA2029 translates these and related ideas into structured research programs using modern diagnostics, longitudinal health data, and controlled intervention studies. Member companies investigate maturation trajectories, biological resilience, and functional capacity across time, while remaining open to additional mechanisms, models, and evidence relevant to health and longevity. Outcomes are not presumed; they are measured and published through whitepapers and aligned research outputs. The CBA uses a Value-Linked Currency to reward verified improvements in resilience, capacity, and reduced reliance on late-stage medical intervention.
The National CBA
The National CBA extends the governance innovations proven in CBA1357 (HOAs) and CBA1787 (Municipalities) to small countries facing corruption, institutional fragility, economic stagnation, and outward migration. It applies constitutional design, transparent administrative systems, and Value-Linked Currencies (VLCs) that reward verified improvements in safety, infrastructure reliability, and economic opportunity. Member organizations deliver reform toolkits, digital charters, property and identity registries, permitting systems, and municipal frameworks refined through earlier Bridge Series CBAs. CBA2357 focuses particularly on nations whose instability fuels border crises and unsafe migration routes. By helping these countries transition from governance characterized by concentrated power, corruption, or institutional fragility to accountable, citizen-centered institutions aligned with measurable value creation, the National CBA transforms constitutional reform into a scalable model for international development—giving people a reason to stay and thrive where they are.
