CBA2357—The National CBA
Below is a placeholder video until we have created a unique introduction video for CBA2357.
Summary:
The National CBA extends the governance innovations proven in CBA1357 (HOAs) and CBA1787 (Municipalities) to small countries facing corruption, institutional fragility, economic stagnation, and outward migration. It applies constitutional design, transparent administrative systems, and Value-Linked Currencies (VLCs) that reward verified improvements in safety, infrastructure reliability, and economic opportunity. Member organizations deliver reform toolkits, digital charters, property and identity registries, permitting systems, and municipal frameworks refined through earlier Bridge Series CBAs. CBA2357 focuses particularly on nations whose instability fuels border crises and unsafe migration routes. By helping these countries transition from governance characterized by concentrated power, corruption, or institutional fragility to accountable, citizen-centered institutions aligned with measurable value creation, the National CBA transforms constitutional reform into a scalable model for international development—giving people a reason to stay and thrive where they are.
The HOA CBA (CBA1357), Municipal CBA (CBA1787), and National CBA (CBA2357) form a unified progression for constitutional economic reform. Referred to in U2D2 as the Bridge Series. CBA1357 begins the process by prototyping governance innovations inside HOAs. These results then feed into CBA1787 (cities and counties) and CBA2357 (small nations), allowing each successive step to build on verified outcomes. Together, they form a coherent sequence for scaling EconStitutional governance across increasingly complex jurisdictions.
